Cognitive

Of growing interest are the effects that emerging technologies and media have on cognitive trajectories through their influence on the developing central nervous system, learning and problem solving. It is important to understand how new and current technologies affect cognition, particularly during sensitive developmental periods, in different populations and settings. It is also important to identify how these technologies can be used to prevent, remediate, or treat a range of developmental conditions.
